SLAVE FT. AITP
For this edition, we continue our collaboration with filmfestival Africa In The Picture. AITP, founded in 1985, grew out to be the largest African filmfestival in Europe.
This Sunday, we show a short movie by NFTA student Sjoerd Oostrik, Kadiogo. Sjoerd is constantly looking for people who are dealing with problems so big that they exceed their individual lives. Again and again he is fascinated by the question what one does when one loses the control over his or her life.
There will also be poetry, by our resident Kain the Poet, and adding two new names: Claudius the Krentenkoning and Unom Jg. They are both involved in Poetry Circle Nowhere, a company of performing poets who are contantly experimenting with the boundries of performance poetry.
