And then there's Kain The Poet(US): Rap, Rock, Indie-Jazz, Holy Roller, Exsitential Blues Poet. He's performed at SLAVE a number of times, but keeps revealing more and more secrets...

NUIT BLANCHE 2010
Because Nuit Blanche 2011 is coming up in Amsterdam, we wanted to refresh your memory with these photo's of Nuit Blanche 2010, Slave's production in De Brakke Grond. Likewise last year, SLAVE is going to fill up Brakke Grond with art and culture, 18th of June during Nuit Blanche!

SLAVE 1st of May
The day after Queensday we expected visitors to be hungover, come in late, or even worse: to stay at home... But in the end it turned out to become another memorable SLAVE night. Thanks to the lovely singer Monica Alice who surprised us with her beautifull voice, an unexpected performance by resident Kain The Poet and yet another great co-operation with Africa In The Picture who showed a wonderful futuristic African film called Pumzi.
